We strive to provide the highest quality education. If you are not satisfied with our course, please
review our refund terms below:
- Live Workshops/Masterclasses: Refunds are generally not provided for live sessions
once the session link has been shared or the session has commenced.
- Recorded Courses: If you face technical issues that prevent you from accessing the
content, and our support team cannot resolve them, you may be eligible for a refund within 3 days of
purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the course content.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment
method.
